$500 BUILDS A WELL FOR A RURAL AFRICAN VILLAGE

Overview:

This is a student-led initiative focused on raising funds to construct clean water wells in sub-Saharan Africa, targeting rural communities where access to safe water is limited. The goal is to improve public health, reduce waterborne diseases, and empower education and economic development by solving one of the most basic infrastructure needs.

Objectives:

- Raise $10,000 to fund the construction of 10-20 clean water wells in high-need areas.
- Partner with verified NGOs on the ground to ensure sustainable well development and maintenance.
- Engage youth and school communities in advocacy and awareness campaigns.
